WARRANTY POLICY
Cortec Precision Sheetmetal conducts quality assurance on parts and product shipped to customers. This Quality Assurance is performed as specified by Cortec Precision Sheetmetal’s Quality Management System and the customer’s supplied documentation and/or specifications.
In the event that Cortec Precision Sheetmetal product should fail within one (1) year from the shipment date (so noted within the identification markings), the product will be considered within warranty.
This warranty shall not apply if the product has been subject to abuse through misuse, improper use / handling / storage / maintenance / repair or through evidence of adaptation or modification of the product by the original purchaser or any third party.
This warranty is in lieu of all other express or implied warranties. In no event shall Cortec Precision Sheetmetal be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or other damages from loss of production, caused by defective material, or by unsatisfactory performance of the product.
You may have additional rights in some states that do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply, Cortec Precision Sheetmetal’s limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY
To obtain service under Cortec Precision Sheetmetals’ warranty, please contact the origination facility of your product. A Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and instructions given for return for product that falls within the warranty policy.

Cortec Precision’s Accounts Payable department is committed to prompt payment of invoices. Payments are made net 45, or as per the payment terms stipulated with the purchase order.

Invoices must reference Cortec's purchase order number, complete description of goods or services provided, quantities/unit prices/extensions, discount terms and invoice number.
Invoices without a purchase order number will be delayed for payment until a purchase order number can be indicated.
Cortec Precision does not pay from statements or packing lists.
Prior to any purchase orders being issued or payments being made, a current vendor W9 form must be on file with Cortec Precision.
